Panoramis Brown for Extra Large Dogs (27.1-54kg)

Product Description

Panoramis Brown for Extra Large Dogs is a monthly chewable tablet that protects your dog against fleas, heartworm, roundworm, hookworm and whipworm in a convenient treatment that won’t wash off.

You may have heard about Comfortis, the monthly flea tablet that is currently the fastest most effective monthly flea treatment available. Panoramis combines the wonder of the active ingredient in Comfortis (spinosad) with an all-wormer (milbemycin oxime) to give your pet protection against all the main parasites of concern in pet dogs. Panoramis is registered for use in puppies from 8 weeks of age and from over 2.3kg in body weight. The active flea-killing ingredient in Panoramis starts working within 30 minutes and is 100% effective within 4 hours. The milbemycin tackles all intestinal worms except tapeworm and also covers heartworm. In dogs that have significant flea burdens prior to the administration of Panoramis, or those that hunt and scavenge or regularly eat raw meat a separate tapewormer every 3 months is recommended. Panoramis is particularly useful in households with other pets, children or for owners who dislike the mess and inconvenience of a monthly top-spot treatment. It is also vet recommended for the treatment of flea allergy dermatitis. For dogs that swim or are bathed more than weekly, Panoramis won’t wash off like other combined parasite treatments. Please note, Panoramis should always be given with food and should not be used with any off-label ivermectin products, such as for the treatment of demodectic mange or with monthly ‘tick injections’.  Please consult your vet if you are not sure.

Why Should I Choose Panoramis Brown for Extra Large Dogs?

  • Panoramis is recommended for dogs with flea allergy dermatitis.
  • Great for dogs that swim or are bathed frequently.
  • A great non-toxic, no mess formulation suitable for multi-dog households or families with children

When Should I Use Something Else?

  • Panoramis should not be used with off-label ivermectin treatments including cattle ivermectin or doramectin.
  • If it has been more than 6 months since your dog received a heartworm treatment, please consult with your vet and get a heartworm test prior to starting Panoramis.

What else do I need?

If you live in a tick area, daily tick searching or the addition of a tick collar or fortnightly top-spot is recommended.
